what i did today..

ohh..finally i managed to do something meaningful today...haha..i actually baked my very first cupcakes. Hmm..the cupcakes should be considered successful ba..because i did not over baked it and the outlook turned out to be quite normal. Most importantly, i feel so proud of myself because i did everything myself!! It's quite tiring to bake stuff because you need to prepare a lot of things. It took me about 3 hour just to whip the mixture into creamy state. However, it's worthwhile as i found 3 people who appreciate my hardwork. Haha, they are kelly, wei xiang and zhenli who are the first 3 people to taste it ya!! Although they felt that my cupcakes taste more like muffins than cupcakes. Haha...anyway..i am determine to bake more cupcakes and the next time round..i will decorate it with beautiful toppings..here are some pictures to share..

My very first post!

oh ya...today is a special day! It marks my first entry for my blog...people i know it will be bored for you to read my blog as i don't have an interesting life to share..haha...but nevertheless, i will try update my blog frequently. Important announcement: Please bear with me...I'm super weak in my language..so if there is any grammatic or spelling errors..please feel free to correct me! And one of my goals for now is to improve my English! I need you all the help ya! :) Another thing that i wan to mention is...i have a great friend call Zhenli..so touched by her action..haha..she thought that i will be having lunch alone and she volunteered herself to come to school early just to have lunch with me! Thank gal..i appreciate your efforts really much!
